How we handle your details

Only what you type into the reservation form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the date, time and number of guests, and any special request you add. We do not ask for anything else and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
To hold your table and to reach you about that booking. Your name and guest count let us prepare the right table, and your email and phone let us confirm the booking or tell you if something changes. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a service is provided.
The restaurant staff who handle bookings. The reservation is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email provider, and the website is hosted by Netlify. Neither uses your details for their own purposes. We never sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.
Reservation emails are deleted within 12 months of your visit. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to vallila@casaitalia.fi and we will answer within a month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman at tietosuoja.fi.
